During my stay in Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Faculdade de Ciências Humanas) I’ve had the oportunity to work on different projects (in the BA and MA). Some with real “clients”, like Fundação Mendes Gonçalves, where we were asked to create a strategic plan for its launch on the market. Others by faking a client like Sanjo, analyzing its current status, pinpointing its struggles, and planing a strategic action.

For all of them a detailed report was written but since they were group projects and weren’t made entirely by me, out of respect, I won’t be sharing them in this portfolio… For now I’ll leave you with a Spotify product proposal and a comparative analysis about the two coffee giants as “99% of these were made with coffee creativity”.

Made in a Corporate Communication and Social Responsability course of my MA, this project took a bit of work but I believe the end project was spot on. Aligned with Spotify’s bussiness strategy and core values, VibeSync was created to help users’ Mental Health whilst standing out from its competitors!

A design that I’m very proud of creating, but not forgetting Chibuzor, Leonor, Tolgonai and Sarah that helped achieve this amazing analyses/idea/presentation!

(Comparative analysis)

Made for a Strategic Communication course, this comparative analysis focuses on how Nescafé® and Nespresso® thrive in the coffee industry. Both pioneers in the sector, have different targets and so with different strategies but all in all a huge presence.

Despite loving a good expresso, the main thing for me was knowing the unfortunate effects of coffee consumption in the enviornment… Both companies have strong CSR strategies to fight climate change and after seeing that, I put my “Nestlé suit” and made a couple of changes of my own.
